Asite Document Manager provides you and your team with a centralised folder structure to store and share documents you have created. Rather than e-mailing huge attachments you can notify your team of documents in Asite, saving the time and effort of each party managing their own filing system.
The advanced document management system automatically manages revisions to documents meaning you are always working to the latest version of a document, dramatically reducing the risk of working on out of date information. Because Document Manager works within Asite Workspaces your documents are instantly accessible to other members of your Workspace. Asite's e-mail integration allows you to also store e-mails within the Document Manager, ensuring critical communications don't get lost within an e-mail account. The powerful indexed search facility allows you to instantly locate documents and emails at the touch of a button, and the overfull Audit Trail ensures you know what is happening to your documents.
The Asite Viewer allows you to view over 250 different file format (including all major CAD / CAM formats) without needing the native software to be installed on your computer. Add to this a collaborative reviewing facility that allows you to overlay Mark-ups and add Comments to documents and you can use Asite Document Manager to make sure everyone is on the right page.
cBIM Manager

Asite's Collaborative Building Information Model (cBIM) Manager brings visibility and control to shared Building Information Models BIM, helping you deliver the true potential of BIM and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
For a BIM to be truly successful it needs to include input from all the parties involved in design, and allow all of the stakeholders to interact with it, whilst maintaining version control and updates to the model. Asite cBIM allows you to safely share your part of the overall BIM with your project partners and merge your model into an overall project model, truly creating the Single Building Model, containing input from ALL parties. So rather than you trying to design in isolation, cBIM Manager allows you to see your design in the context of the Overall Model, to ensure it is co-ordinated, reducing the risk of on-site problems. cBIM manager also stores all versions of your models allowing you to quickly review how the design has progressed during development and track critical decision making.
