Andrew Dunne
Andrew Dunne has been with Diatec for over 5 years & is trained in supporting a comprehensive range of Solvent, Latex, UV & Laser printers. Andrew has also trained on KIP large format CAD printers and scanners & has experience with both Onyx & Colorgate RIP software. Andrew is responsible for meeting customer printer support and service needs. He is also in his final year of a BSc Honours Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Laura Farrell
Laura Farrell is a senior account manager looking after customers requirements in Computer Systems sales including Support Contracts plus CAD, Printer & Plotter sales. Laura has been with Diatec for over 10 years & looks after many customers in the government, semi-state & general business sectors. Laura has huge experience & can help you with your requirements from Support & Maintenance contracts, IT installations & upgrades to hardware & software licensing & fulfilment.

Tony Duff
Tony Duff is Diatec's Technical Manager responsible for all IT Support & installations. Tony has vast experience in the IT industry has been part of the Diatec team for over 14 years. Tony has extensive experience & training in all aspects of IT support & installation including VMware, Exchange upgrades including 2010, DR Solutions, HP SAN & Storage & a host of other hardware & software systems
John Ward
John Ward is a senior service engineer with Diatec & is responsible for Printer & Plotter service & new installations. John has vast experience in this area & has been with Diatec for 6 years. John looks after service & support for HP, ROLAND, OCE, MIMAKI & XEROX large format Printers & many small format printer manufacturer brands.

Alan Wade
Alan Wade our Purchasing Manager is also our longest serving member of staff, now in his 21st year with the company. Alan looks after all the purchasing requirements of Diatec, which includes consumables, hardware & software licenses.
Ciaran Casserly
Ciaran Casserly is responsible for the management of the Diatec accounting function. Ciaran looks after our creditor & nominal ledger.
Sonja Kavanagh
Sonja Kavanagh is our Technical & Service Support Supervisor & is responsible for logging & managing all our clients support & service calls. Customers who don't have a contract can also call & log a chargeable support or service call or request pricing on spare parts. Sonja is also responsible for processing service contracts.

Deirdre Cormack
Deirdre Cormack a 10 year + veteran with Diatec is our Supplies Sales Manager & is responsible for sales of printer & plotter consumables to our customers all over Ireland. Deirdre & her team has a wealth of knowledge & can advise customers on the most cost effective products for their printers & plotters.

David Harpur
David Harpur has been the Managing Director of Diatec for the last 23 years. David has overall responsibility for the direction of the Diatec Group & a day to day role in sales, marketing & account management.
Ian Cochrane
Ian Cochrane is Diatec's Senior Supplies Account Manager with 18 years experience in supplies sales. Ian is responsible for sales of printer & plotter consumables to our customers all over Ireland. Ian has a wealth of knowledge & can advise customers on the most cost effective products for their printers & plotters.

Bernie Hourihan

Peter Byrne
Peter is the credit controller for the entire Diatec Group. Peter manages all the cash collection for the Group, sets credit limits & is responsible for handling account queries with Diatec customers

Derek Fox is our Stores & Distribution Manager & has been with Diatec for over 10 years. Derek looks after our warehousing & distribution for the entire Diatec Group.

Martin Whealen
Martin is Diatec’s main supplies delivery person for our Dublin customers. Martin can assist customers with any supplies delivery queries when he is out & about. If you have a specific request for something you don’t normally get, just mention it to Martin the next time he is delivering to your organization & he will channel your enquiry to the correct person for follow up.

Stephen Fitzpatrick is a senior IT Support Engineer with Diatec for the last 6 years. Stephen provides support & installation across a comprehensive range of Microsoft & VMware systems including Exchange, SBS, Hyper V & vSphere. Stephen is also McAfee trained in EPO & on the Sonicwall appliances.
