Don’t want to pay an annual charge? We can also provide monthly or quarterly fee billing. We work with organisations to make the process as simple as possible & with a payment structure that suits you.
If your organisation doesn’t want a contract, we also offer PAY AS YOU GO (PAYG). Simply log a call with us & pay by Laser or Visa (Current rates are €120 for a call-out including the 1st hour & €90 per hour thereafter. Remote support rates are €40 per half hour or part thereof).

PAY AS YOU GO
PAYG is a monthly cost effective way of paying for your Support & Maintenance. Instead of paying an annual charge, simply pay an agreed monthly fee & get the benefit of our annual contract options.
SILVER
Silver Support contracts are our standard break/fix maintenance & support contracts with agreed SLA's, remote support, on-site support, key hardware warranty management & of course access to our help desk.
GOLD
Gold Support also includes a provision for remote pro-active support & maintenance on key IT infrastructure at agreed timescales.
PLATINUM
Platinum Support additionally includes draw down days or half days for pro-active support & maintenance & consultancy during the period of the contract. It also includes system planning & review days during the course of the contract.
