Gold Support also includes a provision for remote pro-active support & maintenance on key IT infrastructure at agreed timescales.
PLATINUM
Platinum Support additionally includes draw down days or half days for pro-active support & maintenance & consultancy during the period of the contract. It also includes system planning & review days during the course of the contract.
